Welcome to our Priority Planning Process mini course, and congratulations for taking this first step to get your priorities in order.
I’m Geoff, the founder of Better Business Academy, and I’ve created the Priority Planning Process to help business owners and entrepreneurs like yourself deal with never-ending to do lists, overcome that dreaded feeling of overwhelm and avoid burn out.
After owning 14 businesses myself, and coaching business owners for the past 17 years, I’ve seen how beneficial this process can be for bringing order and organisation back into your business and your life.
There are nine video modules in total, taking you through the background of this process, an example of how to use the tool, and then I’ll facilitate a full session with you to ensure you can go through every step with confidence that you’re on track to sort out your priorities. At the end of this process you’re going to come away with a list of tasks in priority order with due dates, as well as hopefully a number of other tasks you can delegate, postpone or get rid of altogether. And by that stage, you’re going to feel far more relaxed and well-equipped to deal with your workload.
I’d recommend setting aside an hour to watch this short course and complete the Priority Planning Process yourself in one go if you have the time. This way you’ll be able to focus on the Priority Planning Process without distractions or interruptions, and avoid having to spend time trying to get back into the mindset of productivity. Before you start, download and print the Priority Planning Process worksheet for you to fill out during the course.
To get maximum benefit from the course you will need to view all videos in order and mark them “complete” the first time round, and after finishing them all you’ll be able to access any video in any order.
