Your 90 Day Business Growth Programme
A 3-month coaching and planning package that provides direction, structure, support and a plan to move forward.
- 4 x sessions to gain clarity on your current situation, issue or opportunity, and develop a goal or strategy in preparation for a plan
- 1 x full-day Business Planning Workshop to turn your goal or strategy into a clear, practical, highly actionable business plan
- 3-week implementation break with tools and templates to guide action planning

Typically, I work with business owners for a minimum of 12 months. This Strategic Reset offer is different. It is ideal for those who want short term support without a long-term commitment. It’s intentionally designed and priced to be more accessible and affordable during these challenging times.
The workshop is a 6-8 hour day depending on the pace you move through the day. That can vary per business depending on their workstyle and business situation. The Business Planning Workshop date will be agreed before we begin. Coaching / Mentoring sessions are held on the same day and time each week and will take 90 minutes per session. That makes it a top priority and sessions don’t get missed.
No. The full fee of $5,925 +GST is payable in three equal monthly instalments of $1,975 +GST, paid by automatic payment. The first payment secures your place. The second and third instalments are due on the first and second monthly anniversaries of your agreed start date.
This offer is designed for established business owners. If you have a business partner, they are welcome to be involved. If you have a senior team member who plays a key role in strategic decisions, you’re welcome to discuss their involvement with me before we start.
Yes. A straightforward agreement will be provided once we both decide to work together.
All sessions will be held in my boardroom in Claudelands, Hamilton, NZ, or via Zoom if that’s more convenient for you.
This programme is an investment in your business and future. I take it seriously, which is why we won’t start any paid work together until we’re both sure the fit is right, the timing works, and our intentions align.
We’ll start with a call to explore your situation, and if that goes well, and we see potential, we’ll meet – either in person (Hamilton, NZ) or online. I don’t charge for that upfront time – nor do I find people change their mind once we begin.
Once we commit, we’ll see it through for the agreed duration.
These offers may be withdrawn at anytime as I typically only work with business owners on a longer term basis. However, once we have met and you have secured your place by way of a $1,975 +GST deposit I will commit for the agreed period. With the exception of the two day Strategic Planning Workshop, the programme runs for three months from the agreed start date.
