Geoff started in business from a young age and has owned 14 businesses across 11 different industry sectors to date. They have included a business he grew from a single garage to an award-winning nationwide business consisting of 19 franchisees, within 4 years. Another, he grew from just an idea to attracting a number of investors and selling its world-first technology product in 55 countries. Others were in financial services, publishing,  IT, distribution, an ISP and more.

His wealth of ‘real-world’ business experience along with a corporate management background in banking, financial services, media and food distribution give him a unique perspective when it comes to understanding the challenges facing business owners in today’s competitive world.

In 2003 Geoff shifted his focus from managing the day-to-day of his businesses to dedicating most of his time to the strategy aspects of those businesses. That meant he had the time to free himself up to help other established business owners create a business that give them the life they have always wanted.

Since then Geoff has worked closely with more than 200 progressive business owners, held in excess of 7000 face-to-face strategic coaching/mentoring sessions and led hundreds of workshops for progressive business owners and their teams.

Geoff is a strategist, one of NZ’s most experienced strategic business coaches and NZ’s only business coach trainer. He is a professionally trained Coach, a Licensed Facilitator of the Coach Clinic Training (CoachU, USA and Australia) and an experienced NLP Master Practitioner (INLPTA). 

Geoff is married with 6 children and 3 grand-children. His personal interests include high performance, coaching, mentoring, surfing and good times with his wife and family.
